Bill is the co-founder of MMS. He is also a full-time pastor in the Mountainview Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, pastoring churches in Clarksburg and Fairmont, WV. Bill has a Master’s in Public Health from Loma Linda University in addition to a BA in Theology. Bill was raised in Arkansas and enjoys long-distance running, gymnastics and any kind of hard, grueling work. Bill and his wife Gayle have worked with at-risk children for the past 25 years and have successfully raised 6 of their own children.
